That message has been there for at least ten years. I wouldn't expect them to change it any time soon.

What's really funny is a glitch they had years ago, where "dealer hits soft 17" was an option. Yahoo considered any hand containing an ace to be a soft hand. So, if the dearler had ten, six, ace, it would hit. They have long since fixed that glitch.

They probably have some gaming companies as advertisers, that they don't want to offend.

There is a comments section at the bottom of the page. Send polite comments that they are insane. I responded years ago to this. Doesn't help. But do it anyhow.

Actually I think it's funny considering that Yahoo had to shut down its porn business when people figured out Yahoo was behind it.
