I know what they are for the hi-lo as this info is widespread, but I was wondering where you can find them for other counts like Zen, Hi-Opt II, etc and perhaps theoretical counts.
For example let's say you used a count where you had
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 A
2 2 3 3 3 2 0 -1 -3 -2
How would you come up w/ index numbers for a system like this?
Also in a system like Hi-Opt II where you have to side count Aces how do you account for the change? Every quarter deck varience, half deck, deck? And how much do you add or subtract to your running count?
