information on making the correct Switch Basic Strategy playing decisions and hand switching decisions.

If you mean Basic Strategy, just use the BS card the Wiz has.Cardcounter said:

You could use his calculator there but it is for Playtech rules with an infinite deck.
Or, like FLASH suggested, Snyder proposed a general way of classifying hands.
Seems like there may be a bunch of rule variations these days too.

The general rule is you want to get your hands as far apart as possible. ie Make a 6 and 15 instead of two 12's. It gets tricky with soft hands and switching into action.
