Don't forget - there's no rule against using a computer to play BJ online! After all, that would defeat the purpose. 
That means that you could use a Kasey or Thor type computer (or both!) to give you much more accurate playing and betting information. That would make the game easily beatable, especially with a weak shuffle.
Unfortunately, there's no way to get around the slow play. That will drag your EV waaaaay down but might give you more time to enter data into your computer. Ever wonder why the other players are playing so slowly?

Kasey is a computer that plays blackjack perfectly. You type in the cards that have been dealt and it tells you how to play and how much to bet. It is a bit more accurate than card counting.
Thor was a shuffle tracking computer. You type in the cards as they are dealt and the computer "shuffles" them so that you know where each card ends up after the dealer shuffles. Imagine knowing what the next card was going to be every time!
