I have question about counting cards on online blackjack tournements is it possible, can it be done. If anyone knows anything about this?

well, here's what I have read....
And yes, I am trying to find the link to this, so bear with me
BUT, counting in blackjack tournaments doesn't work so well because of the limited number of hands played....to really get the full effect of counting, one needs a much much larger number of hands.

Counting cards is completely useless in online blackjack tournaments, because every one I've ever seen shuffles the cards after every hand.
As others have noted, counting is not even very useful in land-based tournaments, because there are much more important things to worry about than the deck composition.
