OK....the basic strategy says: "HIT my hard 16 when Dealer shows a 10 up". What about when the running count is +16? Shouldn't I back off the basic strategy given the fact that the deck is now "10 rich"? Don't I have a greater chance of bust with such a situation?? A math...
