if i got two seven , i have 1/13 get 200%

in this case , should I hit card if dealer is 2-7

i know the BS is spilt , but the game rule is only can double if u got 11 only

so , i should hit or spilt ?

You should still split. A 2:1 bonus is not big enough to hit.
