4-23-09 Chat

We will be having a special guest for this chat. This Gent is like Doc Holliday
was to Wyatt Earp, he is a famed hired gun for a few of the most famous BJ teams of record. He has been referred to as the Tornado by other highly skilled teammates. "Doc" is highly educated and brilliant in many different fields, but of course we are interested in his BJ secrets and experiences which he is willing to discuss in varying degrees with those of this site. All he does ask is that no questions of a personal nature.. and beware he does have a quick temper and may not be willing to suffer a fool. So, don't become his Johnny Ringo:eek::laugh:

So tune in if you are so inclined for a Tour de Force of the BJ Under World.

Can I call him The Professor? LOL
I like to suggest 3 Golden Rules to be followed in chatting with the Professor.

1) Matthew's rule: Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them. i.e., if you want some decent respects from others, then pay some respects to others likewise.

2) Confucius' commonsense rule: Whatever you don't wish, never ever give to others. i.e, If you don't wish for shits, then don't give shits to others.

3) Moses' rule: You shall not take vengeance or bear any grudge against people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself . This is an easy one to follow for this Thursday's chatters. We ain't no Saints, so we do tend to get even with the assholes. However, we tend to love ourselves, thus we don't phuck ourselves, so don't phuck around with others.

So what do you think? Will the gabbers follow the above rules when they chat with the Professor? If you agree to bide by the above 3 golden rules, then post your name in this thread & promise to be nice to the Professor.

Sounds good CP! :) Can you give an estimate at what time the guest will show up? I don't want to miss this one too!

Thanks, CP. I'll actually be traveling that day - will you please archive a copy for me? This can be done privately if the conversation shouldn't be posted for whatever reason.

Interesting post. I see you are new here Pat, besides 6 shooters what else are you into?

BTW, I have an original first and second model U.S. Schofield .45, one VG, the other a strong fine. And the original holster and attachments. Are you familiar with them?

Also, do you know "Doc"?

"Doc" I have not yet known personally. On top of revolvers, I'm into semi-auto "slide" action pistols, i.e., James Bond special, the Walther PPK.

Wow congratulations for your 1st-class collections: the 45 caliber Smith & Wesson Schofield revolvers with the original stuff. I would imagine you could walk into casinos and sat at a bj table like this:

On top of your collections, you may want to add on these:

Nice job with the Pics.

I also like the Colt 1911. I especially appreciate the great wormanship and wood on the antiques. They can be intoxicating.

I actually got addicted to collecting antique firearms and accouterments. I had to get away from it. It was once a big part of my life.
