what are bonus's?
when playing at a bj table is it better to play one on one with a dealer or with more people?
when finding a table is it better to go to a newly shuffled table or one thats halfway?
also which casino is the best for playing blackjack in vancouver? i live in surrey and usually go to cascades.
with 6 decks at what count should i up my bet? im using highlow system thanks in advance guys and best of luck to all

Well, I would guess it's referring to random promotional rules that the casino may offer, like paying 2:1 on suited blackjack, or a bonus for three 7's in a row, or whatever. All things equal, these are good.

I guess it could maybe refer to a separate side bet offered on the casino... these generally have a larger house edge.

Other people at the table let others take more negative cards, can slow down the pace of play if you count slow, and can offer a certain degree of camouflage if they bet erratically. If you can play multiple hands during positive counts to eat more of their cards, then it may be advantageous.

Heads-up play is much faster (thus more profitable), you get to react more quickly to changes in the count, and it's probably less annoying.

You can't really count a half-dealt shoe. Ideally, you can backcount a shoe while others are playing it, and only sit at the table when the count turns positive.
