A little bit more about opposition betting

I would like to know what kind of bankroll I would need in the first example using zen's gambit, where I can only play two hands at the time. In single deck that means I play 2x 2 units at negative counts and go from 20-40-50 playing one hand at positive counts. In double deck I go from 2 x 2 units to 1x3-5-7 units.

In shoe games I use any kind of progression between -1/2 and 1/2 plopping my big bet at 1 percent advantage. smaller or equel than 1 percent I bet one unit or leave the table. I would be pleased with some advise here, and if I am doing the right thing. Any software I could use to do some kind of simulations myself. SONY!!!

I would like to have some ideas what to do and how to play playing only 1 hand at a double deck game. Anything else than lettimg my push unchanged or letting my bet ride after the shuffle is all you can do as disguise playing 1 hand. Some ideas about anything more would be pleasing.

The Grifter’s Gambit relies heavily on getting deep penetration so your ROR will completely depend on how deep the game is dealt. It can be difficult to find deeply dealt SD and DD games, and they often don’t last long if the pit finds out you are counting (or when the dealers change). If you are trying to use these techniques in mediocre games then I would imagine your risk is pretty high.

The best advice is to play short sessions and don’t become too familiar to any casino employees. If you are still getting too much heat then consider playing some of the great shoe games on the strip instead. You can get away with huge spreads and aggressive Wonging without getting too much heat. At the $5-$50 level you can also get rid of any camouflage plays you are making because they are costing you too much money in shoe games. The only camo you need is joking around with the ploppies and having a good time. If you look like an average player then the pit often won’t even watch you play. If you look harmless from a distance they probably won’t ever get close to you.

I'm working on an advanced oppositional betting system for a single-deck trip I have coming up. It is a very powerful technique from what I see so far.

It's not something I would recommend for shoe games because simply Wonging is more powerful, but I think it's adaptable to DD as well as SD. What minimum/maximum bets do you have available (limited by table limits and bankroll) and how much heat do you think you are dealing with? Also what count are you using for DD?

thanks guys for being there for my questions. I play 1-4 spread at SD and 1-5till 7 DD. I use mainly uston high/low halve deck true edge. Sometimes I use the red seven count from snyder with a true edge cal. too. My unit size is 5 dollar.

According to sonny advise is it clear that griffiin gambit is strong but with the current **** rules in vegas we hardly get more than 1/2 deck dealt. So it might be more important to figure something out for single hand play. I agree that wonging is the best way for playing 6-8 deck having a limited bankroll. I will stop being exposed to limited in 2008..lol
