Not to put down others views but I think accuracy in index moves is pretty important if you can build it up. I think you loose a little on accuracy just by not being able to estimate the decks played real accurate. The closer you can nail the index departure number the better off you are I think and it all adds up.
I have just been looking at some departures that I rarely use but once I cement them good in my brain I can break them out and to make a bold move with a black on the board is a good feeling for example:
Doubling the A8 and A9 vs 2-6 and even 7 or A7 vs 8.
Doubling 7 vs 3,4,5
I know they happen at high counts but they do happen.
