Q for the experts
I'm using Hi-Lo, with H17 & late surr., and the normal rules ...
I'm working on memorizing more indices then just the Illustrious 18 and I found the strat. tables built into CV software.
My question is...
For the following hands, what is the alternative play?
A7v2
A7v3
A7v4
Are all normally a double, and at TC of -1, -4, -8 respectively, the proper play changes to... Hit? or is it Stand? I'm guessing, stand? But it could maybe be hit? Thanks in advance!
PS--Also I know the almighty ZG recommends simplifying (rounding) the indices, ie to +2, +4, +6 etc, for easier memorization... and I might still do that. But, I'd just like to know the exact numbers for a reference anyways.
PSS--I think I could probably calculate this with CVData, anybody have the hookup on a discount copy? I'd like to be able to calculate EV tables for all the different plays at all the different TC's. For instance, I'd like to know how much EV I'd be costing myself if I made the "wrong" move here and there, like doubling down on 8v6 or even 7v6 or splitting Tens, when the count is CLOSE to good enough, but not quite there. I think this might help as cover play.
