Im not big in this...just play for fun with family, but I have a question.
Say you get a (2,ace). Do you have to say whether it is a 3 or 13 right away, or can you change your decision after you draw the next card?

you don't have to declare it as 3 or 13. its what ever makes the hand the best at the end playing it as 1 or 11 after you draw or what not
