are taught in certain game protection seminars. but just because surveillance types have seen the moves demonstrated does not mean that they can recognize them on the job.
same with controlled dice delivery. that technique has been demonstrated to my satisfaction as being a learnable skill. the problem is akin to the current feeding frenzy surrounding no limit hold 'em. just seeing it done, reading the books/viewing the tapes, does not make one proficient.
same with sector shooting. i have to take the word of a couple of dealer friends because: i trust them; and i don't have access to a wheel, off casino premises to see the move. done "on the job" could buy them a jacket.
