Hello, I have been been looking for a site/program that can create a chart similar to the one below, but in a way that it can be altered based on true/running counts using the Hi-Lo system. Can anyone help?
What you're referring to are known as "index" plays. You want this book for already-generated charts for you, or this program to help generate your own.

Hmmm, this is interesting, but I'd hate to spend $85-160 just to print out two charts (-5 TC and -3 TC), and I also noticed that the trial version doesn't have 5s in the deck. I'll have to think about this, but I thank you for your help!

Yes, you don't want the trial version. You want the full version.

And the book is only $25.

It won't actually be shown as a separate chart for each TC. Instead of a play, such as "Hit" in each cell of the chart, it will have a number (known as an "index"). So instead of "Hit" for 13v5, it will have "+1", which means Hit if the TC is less than +1, or Stand if the TC is >= +1.

Ahhh I see. Looks like I'll be getting the book. Thanks again.

Sorry to bug you again, but regarding the book...is there one set of charts, or do they have different charts for variations (dealer stand on soft 17, re-double, etc.)? I'd hate to buy a book based around a different variation.

Different charts for every single variation.

However, there are only charts for using HiLo. You start counting at -32, and divide by the number of decks remaining to get the TC. So on average your TC centers around -4. When the TC hits -3, you start to get a slight advantage. For non-HiLo, you'll have to use the program cvdata I linked to before.
