Another newbie question

Thanks to the group for opening my eyes. I have been reading for @ a month and now have a real appetite for BJ. I am still just using BS, but looking forward to starting to count.

Does BS still apply when you have 4-5 cards? For example, if you have a 15 with 4 cards, should you still hit vs 7-A (assuming 6 decks, S17, NS)?

There are a few MINOR exceptions, but for all intents & purposes the answer is yes; basic strategy still applies. These exceptions are so imperceptible in a 6 deck game that it's really not worth worrying about it (although I'm sure someone will list them for you).

Just go ahead & play BS and you'll be just fine.
