Anyone know the best break even bet for comps and points

Hello, Just wondering if anyone out there is just interested in just taking all the freebies from the casinos and not so much trying to make any money of of them. For a while me and a few friends would hit some of the casinos and sit on a big baccarat game, every five hands or so we would have one guy put up a few hundred dollar banker bet and one guy a matching player bet. After doing this a few times the casinos were sending all kinds of promotions to our houses and any commission that we ended up paying if the banker hand won was very much out weighed by weekly free rooms, meals, gifts, concert tickets, points etc.

Anyone know of a better system? Like one that maybe one person could do? Anyone know of a break even Roulette bet?

Blackjack

I would recommend learning blackjack basic strategy and also learn a simple counting system like Red7, Hi-Lo, or Knockout. Then you can go to the tables with a friend, pool your money, play 2-3 spots each, and fairly easily attain a win/loss expectation of zero (or positive). Granted, you will swing up and down quite a bit, but if you can handle that, I think blackjack is the way to go.

1. Nuvi has a good thing written

2. Craps. You play Pass Line, have your friend play Don't Pass. Good system, and you only lose money when the 12 is rolled on the comeout.

If you can find a one zero wheel your break even bet on red/black, odd/even/ 1-18/19-36 etc are 97.3% RoR (1/37). as compared to betting Pass/Dont pass is about 97.23% RoR (1/36) in craps. If you can track a wheel over tons of spins, you may increase your RoR on break even if you can detect a bias (live wheels only)....i have seen live wheels spin 30-40 times with no 0/00. Then again ive seen 0/00/00 come up in the worst case scenario...so its not all peachy. Im not exactly sure what the RoR is on baccarat based on cards left and odds of beating bank/player. Ties probably cripple that game heavily???

Bet $50 when the pit boss rates you. Bet $5 when the boss walks away.
I almost always throw $100 out on the table for the first couple of hands, and then dial back. From what I have heard of my average bets from some casinos, this strategy seems to be working. :cool2:

If a tie comes in then its a push for both the player and bank bets.

i know some roulette wheels have this thing where if you bet black or red, and a zero comes out you get half your money back, that rule in combination with a single zero wheel (if thats likely to be found) and playing black and red , sounds like a pretty good plan, i think the idea with blackjack is best

I like your partner strategy for bacarat because your max loss per hand played is the commission. Since bacarat lets you sit out hands regularly you can make sure you are only putting money in action when the PB is around. The partner strategy is good for craps and you could hedge a bet on 12 for each come out to minimize ROR... but Ive read one manual that said not to comp individuals if they are playing pass/don't pass at the same time. With roulette you will get the comps playing solo so if you don't have a partner I would say it is the way to go. Also you can really slow the game down if you put money all over the board (while in reality covering all the numbers so you only lose at the house edge, I would only play this on single 0). Find out how much action your targeted joint needs to provide max comps, put your money at risk as few times as possible over the time period, then get out. If you play some advantage blackjack you have a good chance of earning back any commissions you lost if that is your target win for the trip, then spend the rest of the time enjoying the freebies.
