Police said Kenion increased his bets by at least one chip when he realized he had a winning hand and the dealer wasn't looking. They said surveillance video shows he did it 13 times.

"Other people was cheating I just followed suit to be honest " Kenion told abc27.

Lesson learned - when other people are breakng the law, don't follow suit. Especially when you know that there are cameras recording you.

There is a guy in downtown Vegas who has been capping Luck Ladies bets for years. I first noticed it around four years ago and I see him almost every day at the same casinos. Late last year, I saw he had his arm in a cast. i'm wondering if he got caught somewhere.
