???????????????????????

I do not know why every thing went together. There should four columns : dealer up card, bust %, hand of 19 or better %, and win %.

I don't know off the top of my head, but that looks approximately right. To do a more accurate comparison you need to list the decks and rules.

Wizardofodds.com has a similar chart, his (her?) math is spot on.

The win column is for the player, isn't it? Assuming so, if the dealer's upcard is an ace, the winning percentage for the dealer is less than 50% which depends on numerious factors. am i wrong?

On the other hand, if the win column is for the dealer, then how come does the dealer has winning percentage of 33% when he has an ace?

Can you please clarify it? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you're wrong. Dealer ace is a very strong hand. It's very unlikely to bust, and essentially gets two tries at making a good hand.

A 33% win percentage for the player seems a little low in my opinion, but I'd bet that it's closer to 33% than to 50%.

I think you got me wrong. I didn't mean to say that dealer has 33% of winning chance when he has an ace. I know that an ace give you or the dealer 51% chance. I couldn't figure out the table you posted in your prior posting. Read my previous post entirely and you will see what i meant.

So after all, i know now that the win column in the table represents the player's chance.

That's not correct. An ace as a first card will give the player around a 51% EV, but that's not the probability of winning. EV and probability of winning are two very different things.

Also, the probability of the dealer winning with an ace upcard will be different than the player's probability because they will be playing the hands differently. Dealers do not split or double and they don't hit A,7.
