Depends on many factors.
The number of players at the table.
The speed of the dealer.
The game (flop, pitch, number of decks).
Automatic Shuffle or hand shuffle.
Slow or drunk players.
I play mostly auto shuffled double and single deck games. I would have to guess that I'm getting about 60 to 75 hands per hour on average.
