Barred for being a Jerk!

There was a person who was a real Jerk at the tables and he got barred from playing for that very reason. He did not get kicked out for being to good but for being a Jerk. He got all his comp dollars taken away and was asked to leave the property. He was also argumentive with the staff. It just goes to show you that being a pleasant person at the tables could go a long way to you being welcomed at the casino.

Jerks will piss off other costumers and cause the casino to have a risk of loosing them, so by barring the jerk they please their other costumers and make more money then they loose by barring the other guy. They take away his comps because they give comps only to have the costumers come back and loose more money, so what would be the point of letting the guy his comps if he is not allowed in the casino anymore?

Someone who is a jerk to customers or employees should be removed. He might get a little warning first but no character adjustment, show him the door and escort him out.
The trouble is casinos, because the dollar is almighty, do not do this in the same manner for all. Big losers, especially those with a history at that casino, can get away with abusing smaller players and employees way beyond what should get them tossed at most places.

A few years back, at a casino where I have seen loud drunks backed off, panhandlers inside the casino tossed and a player who cursed the young lady who just happened to pull a card out of shoe that made him lose and then cursed her loudly get tossed, the had another player of memory.
This guy sits down and asks for a 50 grand marker which he loses quickly. When he had over 200 grand into the table he yelling and screaming and actually threatening the dealer. First the pit boss tried to quiet him but then the pit made the decision to just remove the timid dealer. I actually wonder if the dealer had tried to protect herself if she would have been fired. Think that could have been an interesting lawsuit.
Point is, as long as I was in that casino the guy did not get tossed and upon my return the next day, I saw him there again. So be capable of losing enough and you can get away with much more.

Double down on soft 18 is the correct play in many situations. I hope you know your basic strategy. I have seen ploppies who never double down on soft 18, regardless of dealer up card! I do not worry about the "entire table". I just make sure I play my own hand properly.

Of course they will allow a player that loses 200k in one night to stay no matter how rude they are. Even if they piss off other players it's worth it for them to keep that rude idiot.

your being sarcastic when u say that right? first off, u DO double down on a soft 18 when the dealer shows 2-6 (in fact, u even double down against a soft 19 when dealer shows a 6 and when dealers hit soft 17), and secondly, there is no such thing as "taking the dealers bust card" because if u kept track of how many times som1 "took the bust card" u wud find that they would take it exactly 50% of the time, and that the other 50% of the time that u thot he took the bust card, the table wud win.. i doubt i need to say this on a site like this but, YOU CANNOT AFFECT ANOTHER PLAYERS CHANCES
OF WINNING ANY GIVEN HAND! i always give this example.. lets say u flip a coin in the air and it lands on the ground, now lets say u flip it again and i smack it out of the air, it hits a wall, and then hits the ground.. what are your chances of getting heads on each of those trials? 50/50.. well the "smacking out of the air.." is the same as a player making a "wrong move".. but if u were being sarcastic, and mocking ploppys, then ignore all of what i just said!

Man, if I had a winning blackjack hand for every time someone yelled at me for hitting that 12 vs. 2, doubling that soft 18 vs. 3, hitting that soft 18 vs. 10, splitting 4's vs. 5, hitting (not doubling) soft 13 vs. 3, declining even money when I have a blackjack and the dealer has an ace, splitting 9's vs. just about anything, the list goes on and on. If I had a winning blackjack hand for every time yelled at me for these, I could retire.

Oh, and my favorite: "If you want to hit 16 vs. 10, that fine, hit it. If you want to stand on 16 vs. 10, that's fine stand. But chose one and stick with it. YOU HAVE TO BE CONSITENT!"

Yes. Often followed 10 minutes later by "sometimes you have to go with your gut". Occasionally by the same player.

Sometimes, if someone to my right is seriously feeling angsty because of their ploppy logic, I'll warn them in advance of my weird plays, just a little courtesy "I'm going double down or this," or "I'll be standing". That way they still have time to act to preserve the flow of the cards.

Other times, I've inadvertantly bullied ploppies into changing their mind. The nice lady to my left saw me stand on my 12 vs 2 (high count), and also stood on hers, when she was about to hit. I felt guilty, and was trying to tell her "no no! Do what you want! Go with guts!", but she didn't want to disrupt the flow either. I'm pretty sure we both lost that hand.

i could steal your heads by smacking it out of the air, but with EXACTLY 50% chance, thus i cant affect your CHANCES.. see, some ppl dont understand the difference between "changing the outcome" and "changing the CHANCE".. its so dumb when ploppies tell me that if u make a stupid move (BS move, but they think its wrong), u have a 90% chance of screwing up the table.. they literally think that the majority of the time that som1 makes a wrong move, it will mess the table up.. its called selective memory + short run + ploppy logic = dumbass
