Blackjack BS Training, How good should you be?

I have been using this to work on my basic strategy and I must say it has helped quite a bit, but I'm wondering how automatic it should feel and how good is casino ready?

(Dead link: http://www.blackjack-bst.com)

The best I have gotten time-wise was 499 seconds with 1 mistake. The best time with zero mistakes was 527. I'm wondering what to aspire to, how fast is fast and was curious what kind of scores you A+ players can get? Also I thought I would share this with any fellow noobs out there who want a good site to help them nail down their basic strategy; although I think I came across this from this site so sorry if this is old news.

Maybe the fastest time with no mistakes gets proclaimed BS champion of the world heh heh heh.

320 1 wrong first time. It really does not matter how fast you are. In the casino you can take as much time as you want to make your play.

Yeah, it helps you focus on counting, though. I never had to worry about it because I learned basic strategy from whoring casino bonuses, so by the time I learned to count, I had it down pat.

I focus on accuracy. The 1 mistake was made by clicking to fast. In a real casino that mistake would never happen. Speed to me is not real that important. If I have a fast dealer I will slow them done if I want to by taking my time making my plays. I had a dealer who could deal 220 hands a hour playing heads up with me. Thats to fast for me.

Perfection much more important than speed

You hear about counting down a deck in 20 seconds or so and yes that is important it is counting, planning your next bet, knowing if you must play an indice on this hand and being quick enough to catch all the cards when a player busts and the dealer scoops quickly.
But basic strategy is a different thing. When it comes your turn to play your hand you can take all the time you want even with the fastest of dealers. And though most of us like fast dealers, newer counters sometime let that speed get into their heads, and slowing down the play on your turn may be a satisfying thing for you to do.
You have counted quickly till your turn to play and now you can take all the time you wish to either recall the basic strategy or indice play for your particular situation.
So BS slow but know it perfectly and count fast.
