Is Blackjack Forum still a magazine or is it only online? I went to the homepage and saw articles, but I didn't see any place to order anything.

The last edition in print was Winter 2003. Since then it has been exclusively online. They do have some great info in their archive. You can also buy certain back issues at AP.com:

To my knowledge, there are no blackjack magazines still being published.
