Hawaii!

I just went to Hawaii for fun and take a break from gambling! Hawaii is one of only 2 states that has no legal gambling what so ever. No Casinos and no lotteries! They do have warm weather and nice beachs to hang out on though!

Hawaii and Utah are the only two states that basically allow no form of gambling whatsoever. Not even lotteries.
