Blackjack Simulators: Adjustable Strategy Table?

Is there any blackjack simulators where you can adjust the strategy table? And also account for the number of decks, number of players, adjust each player for time played at the blackjack table and type of player (flat-bettor, hunch player, BS player, non-BS player)? AND vary the % penetration on each shuffle? In other words, a BJ simulator that mimics the casino conditions as much as possible to test various different Basic Strategy moves? I know there is a Basic Strategy Engine here on the BlackInfo site but I'm wanting to work in the other direction going from adjusting the Basic Strategy chart and seeing the win/loss, number of blackjacks, double downs won/loss, splits, etc. from those adjustments.
