Am I missing something here?
I had the above happen to me just a few hands into starting a Checkpoint (a final test for each training category).
I want to say this should be a great training program. The interface is super user-friendly and they do a good job of explaining all the concepts in layman's terms from the ground up. But the software doesn't work.
The cards have a habit of being dealt blank after ~1 shoe. The suit remains but there are no values anymore. Then the dealer deals infinitely since there's no values and you have to restart your checkpoint. These checkpoints can easily take up to an hour for a beginner. Having to restart halfway through the checkpoint really blows.
But like I said, at least the web design is superb.
