"Bringing down the House" is a story about the MIT team and some of the adventures they went through. It won't help your playing as there is no strategy or technical advice but it is an entertaining book.
"Beat the Dealer" is Ed Thorp's classic. I highly recommend it from a historical perspective but it is dated, you will probably still enjoy it.

These books should help with your playing.

What do the Big Book of Blackjack by Snyder and Blackjack Attack by Schelesinger cover that the first two don't?

I like Big Book Of Blackjack for the amount of material dealing with casino conditions, how to avoid heat, casino employees and their roles, and just the casino environment overall.

Whatever you do, don't get Bootlegger's 200 Proof Blackjack: A Survival Guide for Playing the Tables. That has to be one of the worst books on the market. Just stick to Snyder's stuff. You could get Wong's stuff if you're looking for something to help you fall asleep at night. Professional Blackjack has to be the best cure for insomnia I've ever seen.
