Am I correct that in a double only 10/11 game that BS is the same except where you would double you just hit?

Also with No DAS is it just 4's that you don't split?

Sheesh .. no easy answers here.

From what I see:

If you can double only 10/11,
hit when you can't double

If no DAS:
don't split 2/3 vs 2/3;
Don't Split 4's
Don't split 6 vs 2

OK, I worked for my supper. .. will someone confirm these plays?

That is true for four decks and more, but not SD and DD games. SD and DD games are the ones that usually don't have DAS. Most of 6D+ games have DAS.

Here is BS for SD and DD

Thanks. Unfortunately there are no SD or DD games nearby.
Have to wait for a Vegas trip!

I wonder if that's where many ploppy's & dealers get the "never split 4's" rule ... don't check BS for various decks.

I think that you are automatically qualified as a "ploppy" if you confuse the possessive tense with the plural form.:p

Just had to pull your chain on that one--no offense meant.

good luck

Some recommend learning just one BS since the EV for learning multiple is small. I still think you need to know DAS either way though.

Just make sure not to play any 6d games where you can't DAS and have double on 10,11 only.

LOL, excellent point! A 6D game should let you double on anything and offer DAS. It's tough enough to beat 6D as it is! I don't think I have ever seen a 6D that was not DOA DAS come to think of it....?

Game selection is HUGE. I didn't start winning consistently until I figured that out. I understand that sometimes we just have to play the best game available or not at all. I'll be doing a little bit of that next month in Louisville.

I made that same mistake when I first started out.

Maybe it's a good thing my mother always made me look up a word in the dictionary that I didn't know rather than just tell me :)

Anyway, although obvious and trivial, don't hit A,7 vs 5 and 6 if u can't double it.

For once, 18 is good enough lol.

George -- Don't forget that in D10,11 games you do not hit A/7 vs. 3, 4, 5, 6.
