bs variation for non counter

according to blackjack bluebook II

there are seven hand which can change the bs in order to get a little advantage for player

which are the seven hands ? ( i forgot where i put this book )

and other than that seven hand , is there any more bs variation for non counter in order to cut down the house edge ?

If you are not counting, then basic strategy is the optimal set of rules in every case and you should never deviate from it.

One hand is a three card 16 vs 10. If it has no 4 or 5,you hit
Another is 12 vs 4. If your hand is a a ten and a two,you hit. Any other combination,you stand.
