Well I do remember walking through a Casino in Vegas where the dealers were dressed as PussyCat Dolls. The RULES were terrible and I was getting whiplash walking by...I didn't sit down, but I would have been so distracted.
One interesting thing about the Japanese Video is that the girls are not trained well and they show a lot of cards when finishing the shoe etc.
I don't know if one is really gambling there or ones winnings need to be converted like pachinko halls. If the winnings need to be converted then it is going to be harder to hit and run.
