Edge is the adv the house has if you play perfect BS. Cut refers to how many cards are unseen when the dealer shuffles it tells you what the penetration is. For example the Empress casino with 2.0 would mean only 4 out of the six decks would be played before shuffling. The pen would only be 66%. The pen on CBJN isn't always accurate, but everything else usually is.
