I was playing two hands at a Delaware store. 10/5 and A/8 vs dealer 10. Go to surrender first hand, as I do dealer flips a 2. I said didn't you hear me I surrendered. He calls the Pit Boss over. Not only do it get to surrender my first hand, critter lets me keep the 2 and reminds me that I can double my 19. The guy next to me with 18 isn't real thrilled that he doesn't get the 2, but oh well. I win 40 units and being the nice guy that I am pay the guy his 3. Not a bad hand.
