Conflict resolution (video vs cards)

A while back at Wynn (Las Vegas), I witnessed a conflict regarding the proper payout for win/loss. The floor supervisor got on the phone and requested a video review. After a few minutes, she said that according to the video review, so & so, and etc.
Not so far back, at Atlantis (Bahamas) I saw another similar conflict regarding the proper payout for win/loss. The floor supervisor did *not* call for the video review. Instead, she took a stack of cards out of the discard tray and flipped them over one by one, recreating the events of the previous round. She was able to re-layout the whole table in reverse. I was impressed.
Recently, at Foxwoods (CT), I saw yet another conflict. The floor supervisor again took out a stack of cards from the discard tray and recreated the previous round and resolved the conflict without calling the security video.
Now, my question is,... why the difference between Wynn and Atlantis/Foxwoods?
Atlantis & Foxwoods don’t have video review capability?
They don’t have electronic eyes to monitor the tables and plays?

They all have it on video. It's easier and quicker to recreate the hands at the table, assuming the dealer follows proper procedure in scooping up the cards.

Situational

It also depends on the dispute. Some things can be corrected by backing up the cards by hand, other issues are not so easy.

What if you place a bet for your next round of play and the dealer snatches the money up and puts it in her rack? With this issue there are no cards to back up so a video review would be needed.

And if you see the dealer screwed up the pickup, in a manner that would have generated for you a winning hand if recreated, it might be a good time to call the floor over and complain. I've yet to pull this off successfully but it might be on the schedule next time I'm facing a Party Pit somewhere.

One time the dealer got a 22 and thought he had 21 so he took away everyone's money quickly. The cards were in random order so we had to call for an "instant replay". That held us up 10 minutes but everyone got paid in the end.

Sure! I had a great 3CP session in a party pit in LV, and a good BJ session in one Downtown.

The funny thing about all the bikini dealers showing up in LV is that a lot of those girls aren't born exhibitionists like strippers are, they're just ordinary girls being told to wear a bikini at work. Thus they're not accustomed to the non-stop ogling, and that makes them easy to manipulate.

I didn't know they had 3CP in the party pits. Thought it was all 8D, H17, D10, NDAS, 6:5 games and that even you wouldn't be able to beat that.

Oh, you can beat the hell out of those, given the right, uh, conditions.
