Cramer of "Mad Money" AP

While being interviewed on the Russert show this evening Cramer admitted to his love of heads up BJ play and that he is an AP. He states that he pays for hours and has an edge over the casino. He plays 6d and says he loves it.

He does say you can still do much better on stocks but that he does win money constantly in BJ.

Funny how Don S. just made a great long... post about Wall Streeters that are also AP black Jack players. That post is at Advantage Player.com.

he was careful

so as to not scream out the fact that he is an AP, but he did let it be known and said he could not say more, as he was pressed by Russert, so that he "could continue to play"

He stated that he has had casino people standing over his shoulder on many occasions and he did find it intimadating.

After reading the fine post by Don S. it has become clear to me the prevalence of high powered Wallstreet Players who are also Skilled AP's.

Cool!

It was Russert who brought this up, not Cramer, but he did respond with the great energy he is known for and did talk for some time on the subject.

Great interview.

This show is airing again right now, though only 20 minutes remain. I suspect I've already missed the blackjack portion.
EDITED: No, the blackjack portion came at 47 mins into the show. I caught it.

Cramer behaved exactly like I think someone with an edge would under the circumstances. His first few comments made me wonder if he was just talking about playing basic strategy. Later comments made it obvious that he knows more than that.

i wonder if Kramer talks about blackjack in any of his books. also i wonder how Russert knew that Kramer plays blackjack. maybe the question was pre-arranged but to me Kramer looked a bit genuinely nervous about it as any AP would be lol. well i hope the interview doesn't end up as a big out for him.

Cramer One-on-One With Ron Paul

Posted By:Tom Brennan / AP

Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul doesn’t have much confidence in the Federal Reserve, he told Cramer Friday. Especially when it comes to setting interest rates.

In fact, the biggest complaint Paul gets on the campaign trail is from people claiming the Fed cut too much or not enough. But according the Texas congressman, this shouldn’t be the central bank’s job anyway.
“If you believe in free enterprise and capitalism,” Paul said, “you should have the market forces determining interest rates.”

I thought we were talking about Cramer and his being a smart AP, so that's his chat with Ron Paul, the presidential choice of APs. zg
Fair enough  You've convinced me :joker:

Cramer Spouting off about BJ again...

last night. Made several references to BJ, including splitting 9s vs. 6
and another ref. later in the show.

Well, at the moment talking about BJ is a lot more pleasant than talking about the markets.
