I was just wondering if anyone can take a look at these rules for me (i am new to blackjack and dont have a full idea of what to look for in terms of rules) and tell me wether it would be possible to card count at this casino?Any help would be appreciated.

It's possible to count cards at any game of blackjack, but it's more a question of would it be profitable to do so. It looks like this casino uses 4 to 8 deck shoes with Las Vegas Strip rules. Assuming they use something like 6 decks, the house edge is .36%.

Edit: I see that I sort of failed to actually answer your question. Using a simple count system like Knock-Out Rookie, you would have a very modest advantage over the house. Not much though, and it will depend a great deal on the penetration which is an unknown variable. Spreading from one unit as your minimum to ten units as your maximum expect something like a .50% advantage. If you do not know basic strategy absolutely and completely then expect to lose.
Do a search of the forum for information regarding both basic strategy and Knock-Out Rookie, since both of these topics have been discussed in depth already. There are alternate card counting systems which you might want to consider as well. As I see it, the bottom line is that you could create an advantage for yourself at the casino, but it won't be a huge amount.

Rule 4.1.1.f bothers me. "Continuously" is stated.

"Continuously where an approved automatic shuffling/dealing shoe is in use on the table."

This does not state that CSMs are in use but certainly provides for their use.

Crown Casino in Melbourne wasn't using the continous shuffling machines as of April 2005. Apparently they gave them a try and ditched them after a year:
