CVCX W/L% question

I'm looking at the W/L% for a game, and just for the hell of it I put in a flat-bet spread. The game is S17 DAS LS nRSA, and CVCX reports the W/L% as -0.205% for 5 decks dealt out of 6. According to this site's BS engine, the house edge should be 0.36%.

Is there a difference between the W/L% reported by CVCX and the house edge of a game (other than the sign)?

Are you wonging out at a certain count? There's +ev to flat bet any count greater than 1
Also, the index plays would subtract from the house edge, even while flat betting. It's enough of an edge to turn El Cortez's single deck game into +ev with only a 1-2 spread. You'd still get heat for your play even if you only spread from 5-10 and play with full indices.

No, I threw in a flat-bet spread with no backcounting. I am confused :-( I'm at work at the moment, but I'll post a screenshot later.

You need to run a Basic Strategy sim for BS results. There is still a counting gain when flat-betting.
