dealer showing hole card

i just got back from a trip in the islands and i was sitting in the sit oppisite the shoe is that what u all call third base ? any way i noticed the dealers elbow was up a little to much on every single hand and i could see his hole card every time we were playing on one of those auto shufflers so any way i crushed him i guess my questin is you guys and ladies in this forum look for weak dealers like this how hard is it to find them and is this a stratagy that some people use any comments stories or advice will be greatly appricated thanks

Wizardofodds.com has a hole card strategy on his site. You probably shouldn't talk about specific ways to see the hole card on here (like you did above) because it will kill the game.
