Do they still have $5.00 minimum tables at Reno, Tahoe and Vegas?

I haven't seen anything that small at the Indian casinos in CA. but I've never made a serious venture into NV yet. Always a $10.00 and sometimes $15.00 min at one and $25.00 at another. The second one having really bad penetration so it's usually not worth it except to back count.

Interested in any size from single to six decks.

In Reno the standard minimum is a nickel. In Tahoe, you can find nickel mins too. In Vegas, on the strip you will have to search hard to find a nickel min game that is worth playing. There are a few but the rules are bad. Downtown has good nickel play from what I have heard.

In Las Vegas there are good nickel games all over downtown, both handheld and shoe.

On the strip in the MGM houses you can sometimes find nickel shoes, especially at the Monte Carlo. Other than that the strip is generally $10 minimum.

Laughlin also

I was in Laughlin recently. I found good $5 min games everywhere.
During the middle of the week (slow days) there were even several $3 games.:)

Thanks for the resources so far.

Next questions:

Can you get favorable rules? Like decent penetration, double after split, double any two cards, 3:2 blackjack etc?

Another question is what are size of the decks in these games?

Again, thanx in advance.
