I first read about this in BJFB(Dr.J and the perfect parlay)p.170

He talks about a couple used as cover play. I started thinking about this and was wondering how effective this would be. Would it actually be possible to have your significant other, stand behind you and actually do all the counting?
While you supplied the Information through shoulder taps or whatever body language you decide. Or do you think this would arouse twice the likelihood of being exposed.

Anybody use this technique?

I was actually thinking about this the other day. My gf always hates it when I go to the casino so I was trying to figure out a way to include her without just giving her money to waste on the slots.

The scenario I was thinking of would be me and 2 other people playing at the table. Count goes pretty high, enough for a max bet and I play 2 hands and have my gf just take some green and throw down a big bet. That way I could get away with spreading to 3 hands. It would be like calling in the BP, but without the hassle of flagging them down.

Not really an answer to your question, but I was thinking of maybe a leg squeeze or something like that to let her know that she can make a big bet, but I don't think it would arouse suspicion if you sell it well.

This is more commomly known as the gorilla BP method. A signaler instructs another what to bet and how to play. Its been done a lot and can still work if done well.

Dr. and Mrs. Js trip log...

is something to shoot for.
I often wonder if it's real.

A trip log like theirs is my goal in BJ.
It's very inspiring.

I see people say all the time that the deck is good now or the shoe is cold however these people have no idea what they are talking about. So why don't you just say flat out to your partner that the shoe is good now when the count goes positive or that the shoe is cold when it goes negative. You don't need to signal that the shoe is good. Plus the camaras can pick up signals the have a hard time picking up voices or the volume is not usually on because the crew up stairs is looking at multiple screens at once.

It sounds like a nice Battle plan, to keep your GF happy without having to lose your +EV in the slot machines. I would probably have 4 different signals, for 4 different bets. I would definetly keep it to one hand.

Hows her acting?

Im assuming you meant 2 other players at random. Not 2 friends of yours?

Copy!

Im sure, there are several variations on how it can be done. No matter how slight. For example, I could just stand behind the table and backcount until it gets positive enough to call her In.

Im sure, while using this technique, I would use more of a Hit-and-Run approach.

Its mostly based off-of single and double deck play. So I actually find it to be plausible. But who knows they could of been lying to Bryce, not neccesarily that bryce was lying to us:eyepatch:

Good point! Thanks for bringing that up. As long as you rehearsed your act somewhat and got your code words down.

Of course alot depends on exactly how you choose to Implement this caper, that would determine exactly what act you should use for that natural look your striving to project.
