i have question about fab 4 surrender
15 v9.10.A And 14 vs 10 r surrender at +2.0.1.3

so what if surrender is not offered, do you stay or still hit at this high count

15 v 10 stay at +4
14 v 10 always hit
15 v a stay +5 h17 always hit if s17
15 v 9 stay at +8

Even when surrender is offered you will needs these indexes for three or four card totals.
