it's gonna depend on the first two cards you get and dealers up card, and on the rules, number of decks and how you play basic strategy or counting.
off the top of a pack to be dealt your always as far as you know starting at the disadvantage known as the house edge. like the game below has a house edge of about 0.36% in favor of the house and against you.

kind of a rule of thumb is you'll lose 46.6%, win 45.4%, push 8.1% or so of the time for like the same game above.
