Found a flaw in a game

I've come across a situation in a casino game where a rule can be interpreted two ways. I haven't said anything yet at the table because I want to wait until I have a max bet out and can use the rule to my advantage depending on how the hand plays out. However using the rule to my advantage might have negative consequenses over the long run. The math might benefit the casino over the player. I don't have the skills to calculate it myself. I'm surprised no other player has ever brought up the situation before. Perhaps they have but never when I've been at the table. In a certain situation the rule is played one way and in another its played differently when it really shouldn't be.

Sorry for being so vague but I don't want the casinos to read this and adjust the rule just yet. When push comes to shove if the rule is challenged I think any gaming commission would have to rule in favour of the player because there is an ambiguity in the rule. So if any of the math guys on this site are interested I can pm you and give you the details?
