The possible outcomes are that he will win, lose, or draw. However, in any of those scenarios, the results are the same. Online BJ and sports bonus hustling are the wave of the future. (only kidding--no animosity involved)

None taken! Online is as it is, and ever more shall be that. I think it is about how the countries react to it, and treat their tax paying and non-taxpaying citizens around the online maypole.

Awaiting ruling on appeal to Nevada Supreme Court

The trial was continued to await the Nevada Supreme Court's decision on the plaintiffs' appeal of Judge Gates' absurd ruling that fabricating evidence is a permissible discretionary act by a law enforcement officer (gaming agent), thereby making the law enforcement officer and the employing agency (State of Nevada) immune from liability for such acts.

To my knowledge, the Nevada Supreme Court has not yet acted on the appeal.

Almost. It's <u>in</u> the woods, and <u>on</u> casinos. :>)
