I'm going to play in the Hiltons BJT next month. I've found the tourney ruled on line...and surrender is not mentioned. Am I correct in assuming that no surrender is allowed?

Surrender IS allowed. As for tips----buy the mulligan for $100. You only have to buy it once and it's good for every round you play in.
