You could cash out twice your EV at a store you frequent if you win big. So you buy in for $5000 and run it up to $15000 in a session and don't want a CTR. Your EV is $100 per hour, and your session is 4 hours. So every session, cash out just $800 and play with the chips. The pit boss would think that you had one big win and are an addicted gambler who will eventually lose the money. You'll eventually lose it all since you're cashing out more than you make, then you buy in for $5000 again (if you cash out only your EV, there will be a point after which you will never buy in again, so that's why you cash out twice EV). This way you won't even be cashing out anything near the CTR threshold, your session bankroll is in chips, and (twice) your profit is coming out of your session bankroll in cash. Deposit half the cash into your bank account and keep half the cash for your bankroll. It also lets you have a steady income. The disadvantage is that you won't get interest on your bankroll when you're not playing.
