How to find the N0 for a game

Hello, there's a side bet I'm interested in playing. I know the average edge for the game, the variance of the game, the frequency at which I will make my bet and the count I will be using.
The EV for the game is pretty damn good and it has a high edge but I'm worried that the N0 is so high that it won't be worth my while if I need to get paid in this lifetime which brings me to my question: How do I figure out the n0 for a game?
