I understand all except:

15 vs 10: 3 (stand and only against 10 not 9?)
16 vs 9: 4 (again stand)
16 vs 10: 0 (is this hit or stand when the count is zero?)

Are they both double? And A only at 4 compared to ten at 5? Is that right?
