Yes, by taking advantage of the bonuses. You will always lose most of the hands so you need to get some sort of bonus from the casino to counteract the house edge.
Also, be sure that the casino is using legit software. If they are using their own software then they can easily cheat you. Stick with the reputable casinos and software.

When party poker blackjack came out it was beatable because it was 40% pentration and you could bet 1$ to 500$. If your bank roll was big enough and you played enough and got the rare +6 to +10 early in the deck and max betted you could get a profit. But they quickly changed it to max bet of 200$ and 20% pentration.
