Most of the indexes I've seen pretty much say stand 16v10 tc >=0. Hit 16v10 <0. it's pretty much a borderline play either way until you get a large swing in the count one way or the other. Some counts may be tuned better (differently) for the multiple decks vs. Single and Double decks.
