Insurance & Split

hi,i want to ask about insurance.
if the dealer got ace card,and then he asked for insurance..
but if i got 2 same cards,i can split the card..
i want to ask
1.if i insurance,then i split the cards,can i insurance again ?
2.if i dont insurance,then i split the cards,can i insurance again ?

you could take insurance but that would be before playing your hand out.
when you take the insurance the dealer will then either pay you for the insurance if he has blackjack or take your insurance bet if he does not have blackjack. if the dealer has blackjack the round is over and you can not split.
if the dealer does not have blackjack then you can split your cards but you will not be able to make an insurance bet at that time because you already know that the dealer does not have blackjack.

I understand what he is asking but it seems like he is playing a no hole card game.

If you take 1 insurance bet then either:
- the dealer will then check for blackjack and pay out the bet and you loose your split hand
- or the dealer does not have a 2nd hole card. So when you do split, if he hits a blackjack you loose ONLY ORIGINAL BETS, so you can only loose 1 hand, hence you are still only allowed 1 insurance bet.
